Well, that’s exactly what happened after recording a string of incredible conversations with women I now consider my unofficial board of bosses.
From PR royalty to fearless founders, these guests didn’t just drop gems, they made me realise:
We need more real voices influencing how brands show up.
Not filtered feedback. Not vanity metrics. But actual women with lived experience, sharp opinions, and zero time for fluff.
Brands need to start listening to real women.
Not “ideal customers.”
Not Instagram avatars.
Not the same five influencers every brand is gifting to.
Real women.
With real opinions.

So I decided to build something around that.
